In this guide we will list the recommended steps for getting up and running with RPD as fast as possible.

Recommended Steps
Once you've successfully logged in, why not try some of the following steps to get started with RPD:
1. Explore some features
Why don't you check out the map page and have a look at our tracked retailers to get a feel for what RPD is all about...?
The Enquiries Manager and Gap Analysis features are also a great place to start to see how RPD can help you manage your portfolio.
2. Understand Public and Private Data in RPD
Once you've had a look at the map and possibly some Schemes and Properties, we recommend you take a look at our Public and Private Data page to understand where RPD data comes from and how it's used.
3. Add your property data
Once you've familiarised yourself with some of RPDs' features now is a great time to start adding some of your own property data. You can find out how to do this can be done in our How to Import/Add Data page.
Got a lot of data to import?
Our team is here to help make the onboarding process as quick and easy as possible! We can import your tenancy schedules for you during the initial setup to help you get off to a flying start. Please open a support ticket with us by emailing support@rp-database.com with the subject “Onboarding“.
Why add your lease data to RPD?
Whilst it may seem like a daunting task, adding your lease data to RPD has many benefits and is certainly worth it in the long run. Our team is also on hand to help with the heavy lifting if required! Once your data is on RPD, you have many benefits, including;
- Work more efficiently by being able to access your data by simply clicking on the property from the map.
- Receive notifications for properties with upcoming rent reviews or lease renewals.
- Use the my properties page to get an overview of your portfolio.
Why add your files to RPD?
Using RPD for your file storage also comes with multiple benefits;

- Collaborate with colleagues better and save time searching for information as it’s all stored against the property that can be easily found either on the map or table.
