Introduction
The enquiries manager is used to help you keep track of enquiries you receive for properties that you're involved with.
Using the enquiries feature has many benefits;
- Easily keep track of all enquiries for a property or scheme in a single place
- Link the enquiries to contacts and tenants so that extra information is only a click away
- Coordinate with colleagues that are also involved with the property
- Quickly list all enquiries for a scheme or property for client meetings at the click of a button
- Utilize the tagging and mentions feature to help you build up your business knowledge-base

Accessing the Enquiries Manager
You can quickly create and manage your enquiries at any point that you are logged into RPD by simply pressing the Enquiries button at the top right hand corner of every page.
Once you press this button, you are presented with the Enquiries Manager. The first step is to select the scheme or property that you are wanting to create an enquiry for.
Once you have selected the appropriate property, the table below will display a list of existing enquiries for the property.
Creating and editing enquiries
You are then able to create a new enquiry by pressing the button at the bottom right hand corner of the window. Alternatively, you can edit or delete an existing enquiry by clicking the relevant button in the actions column in the table.
When creating or editing an enquiry you will have the following fields that you will be able to optionally fill out.
- Company - The company that the enquiry is from. You can create a new company by pressing the + button.
- Contact - The contact that the enquiry is from. You can create a new contact by pressing the + button.
- Stage - The stage that the enquiry is at. See below for more information on enquiry stages.
- Reason - The reason for the enquiry, which can be;
- New Store
- Relocation
- Upsize
- Downsize
- Unknown
Press the save button to create the enquiry.

An enquiry has 4 stages that you can move it through; Interest, Under Offer, Completed and Withdrawn:
Enquiry Comments
Once you have pressed save to create an enquiry, you will have the ability to save comments with any further information you may want to add. Be sure to utilize our tagging and mentions feature, to help you build up your business database!
Viewing Enquiries/Enquiries Page (Reports)
Whilst you can view enquiries when you are editing them using the steps outlined above, we also have an Enquiries page which provides you with an overview of all enquiries that you have received. You can access this from the main menu by pressing the Enquiries button.
Once on the Enquiries page, you have 2 ways to view your enquiries; by Company or by Property. You can choose this by pressing the respective button at the top of the page.
By Company
When viewing enquiries by Company, you'll be shown a list of companies that have made an enquiry.
Columns are used to display the company name, and the number of enquiries at each stage of the enquiry process. You can click on the company name to view all enquiries for that company.
You can use the filters at the top of the page to to filter by the date that the enquiry was created.
By Property
When viewing enquiries by property, you will be shown a list of all enquiries for each property.
You can filter the list by property or date range using the filters at the top of the page.
