Enquiries - Received On field

We hope you had a great time off celebrating over the festive period.

We are pleased to announce that we have added a new field to the enquiries form called "Received on".

This field allows users to enter a date that an enquiry was received, in case they wish to add enquiries retrospectively.

We have also updated the look of the enquiries forms to make them easier to read and use.
