My properties

The My Properties page provides an overview of your portfolio at a glance.
Use the pre-made filters to see which properties have upcoming rent reviews, break clases or lease expiries. Filter by client, or proprety type and more.

Lease event notifications

Users will receive a daily summary email about upcoming lease events, such as rent reviews, break clauses, and lease expires.
This helps users stay on top of their portfolio and ensures they are not missing any important dates.
