My Properties

The My Properties page gives you an overview of all properties that you (or your business) are connected with. It provides a quick and easy-to-use interface to find anything from the Next Review date, to plans or Heads of Terms for a property in a couple of clicks.

Using filters, in just a few clicks, you can display things such as a list of properties where the landlord is X, the tenant is Y and the lease renewal is in the next 12 months.

Adding your tenancy schedules could not be easier. We provide AI powered document readers which make the process a breeze. Or alternatively, simply send us the file and we will add it to your account for you for a small fee. Once your data is in the system, updating is quick and easy.

Files

Use RPD to store your files directly against properties. Any file can be saved directly against any property or scheme, making it quick and easy for anyone in your team to find the plans or heads of terms for a property.

Gone are the days of second guessing where someone has saved a file - if it's in the clients directory or the town filing directory, just click on the property and you can find it straight away.

Supports all file types: You can store any file type, whether it's an image, spreadsheet, word document PDF, CAD or anything else.
Stay organised with folders: To help you stay organised, you're able to create your own folders within properties, to keep everything neat and tidy.
Integrate: We also offer integrations with Microsoft Sharepoint (Onedrive) and Dropbox. This means that files can be stored in your own cloud storage and linked to the property in RPD.

Images

Save images against schemes or properties.

View in a gallery: Uploaded images are displayed in a gallery.
Easy to find: Since images are stored directly against the scheme or property, they are quick and easy to find. Download the images at a click of a button.
Unlimited storage: Unlimited storage with your account.

Comments

Use RPD to store your notes directly against properties. A great way to store comparable evidence or general information when working.

Storing your notes directly against the property makes them easy to find, and the timeline shows you activity from different users in your company over time.

Use our tagging feature to link different entities and build truly connected intelligence across your business.

Tagging

Tag schemes, properties, companies and contacts in your comments to easily share your information across your company.

When writing a comment, you are able to tag other entities in the system using the @ symbol. For example, when writing a comment for 101 High Street: "@Burger Boys are interested in this unit. They like to be located near @Super Sandwiches. @Dave Jones told me this."

When viewing the comment, you can click on any of these entities to view further information about them.

Flexible: Use comments and tagging however you like. It's completely flexible and helps you build intelligence right across your company.

Notifications

Subscribe to notifications for schemes and properties. You will be sent summary emails each morning letting you know about upcoming events or changes at the property.

Enquiries

The enquiries feature allows you to quickly save enquiries against schemes and properties.

Even if you have no properties available, you are able to save the enquiry against the property, centralising your data, and making reporting much easier.

When viewing the comment, you can click on any of these entities to view further information about them.

The deals feature makes it quick and easy to record property transactions.

By saving transactions, this not only keeps your portfolio up to date, but it also helps you expand your comparable.
